IS KENYA BECOMING A BETTER PLACE?

Just a few months ago we got a new president in kenya, hes the first left handed president and the youngest president ever!before he came to power he promised to supply laptops to all kids in primary school.. I wonder if that has taken effect yet or it still to come.

I'm however impressed by the fact that he has reduced the  VAT by 50%, and citizens who earn less than 50,000 kenyan shillings are exempted from paying the tax. I think that's a good beginning.

The fact that accepted to sponsor just some random boy of a different tribe fully though his schooling year, was also quit impressive. That's the first thing that has ever been done. I think its a good start for our New president His hon. Uhuru Kenyatta.

I hope that some day we wont be scared to drive to the villages because of bad roads or people dying of hunger because the economy is too high for a normal citizen to afford.

I hope in few years from now.. those who aren't proud to be Kenyan because of our "growing" economy and lack of employment will one day stand as proud kenyanss because of the actions being put in place now and still to be put in place.

Which  ever way.. I'M ALWAYS PROUD TO BE KENYAN
